Ours is made fresh from whole cow's milk using vegetarian
chymosin, with no artificial additives and no industrial
shortcuts. It arrives at your door within one to two days of
production — because this cheese was never meant to wait.

What if I forget to refrigerate it right away?
Our packaging keeps products safely chilled for up to 36 hours, so on-time deliveries arrive fresh. We recommend refrigerating as soon as it arrives. Because of this 36-hour protection, we're unable to replace products delivered on time but not refrigerated promptly.
